Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like hijabs and under-scarves must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
